All emails will be responded to within 2 hours.

All phone calls will be returned within 12 hours.

If a trip is canceled for any reason we’ll contact you ASAP so that you don’t drive a long distance to find out your trip is canceled. (Barring the unforeseen)

If we can’t answer a question while on an adventure we’ll email you and everyone on the trip the answer within 24 hours.
