At New England EcoAdventures we know how important customer service is. Not only will we ensure that are you are treated with professionalism and respect but we’re willing to make a few guarantees that go above and beyond.

All emails will be responded to within 2 hours.

All phone calls will be returned within 12 hours.

If a trip is cancelled for for any reason we’ll contact you ASAP so that you don’t drive a long distance to find out your trip is cancelled. (Barring the unforseen)

If we can’t answer a question while on an adventure we’ll email you and everyone on the trip the answer within 24 hours.
